Trump paddling Iran: this will NOT be another Benghazi.
After a dozen attacks by Iran, Trump killed a really, really bad guy (that ran their terror operations). OrangeMan is bad (to the far left and their media). Thus this was a bad thing that was going to cause WWIII, and it was all our fault. Whether intentional or through blind bias/incompetence, those that railed against this action demonstrate that they are anti-American trash that would rather see America burn, or our enemies thrive, than admit Trump did something right.

So what did we learn? Soleimani :9 items

The idiot quartet had a series of dumb/anti-American opinions:
  • Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez suffers from TDS (Trump Derangement Syndome), along with Dunning-Kruger, and a case of stupid. So when Trump had Terrorist Soleimani killed, she came out and said that retaliation for a dozen Iran provocations was unwarranted and that Trump was trying to provoking open war. (Something Iran has been doing since the 70's and taking our embassy Hostage). You don't have to like the response, but the choice was never her false dichotomy of "peace or not", they are already committing acts of war. The question is whether the acts of war they are committing will get a response. Either AOC doesn't know the basic of what's happening (and she's an idiot), or she does and she's lying. Pick one.
  • Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib claimed Trump was provoking war from the distraction of the Scampeachment that is increasing his donation and poll numbers. But that she/congress are here to stop him from doing his constitutionally allowed powers.
  • Ayanna Pressley piped in, lest everyone forget her, that Trump was just impeached (he wasn't until it goes to the Senate, which Pelosi won't do), and claims war would help with his re-election (it wouldn't, he campaigned on the opposite: and this is more likely to keep us out of war than doing nothing would have). And she sort of predicted this would lead to war, when it did the exact opposite and Iran backed down big time.

Soleimani needed congressional approval - Obama launched 2,800 drone strikes in Iraq and Syria (and Lebanon) without congressional approval: Democrats are OK with that. Trump launches 1, and the Democrats are having a fit of the vapors about abuse of power. How DARE he? Pelosi is passing a non-binding symbolic resolution to go with her non-binding symbolic Fake Impeachment to show her displeasure. The Fake News starts trotting out far-left legal experts (Atlantic on Seleimani) to explain how this was illegal (it isn't). But even if true, it would still be following prosecutorial norms and precedent to ignore, not have histrionics. If Democrats didn't have double standards, they'd have no standards at all.

Protests over Soleimani killing - A front for the the Workers World Party called ANSWER, funded and sponsored protests along with many other leftist/DNC front groups (CODEPINK, Veterans for Peace, Cindy Sheehan), and got more than 80 "actions" (protests) over killing one of the world's most prolific terrorist sponsors (Qassem Soleimani). While I don't think these radicals represent all Democrats, they certainly represent more of them than the KKK or White Supremacists represent Republicans. And the leadership (like Pelosi) is practically saying the same things, and they did get hundreds or thousands of Democrats out there supporting this anti-American causes. The Soviets would have called them, "useful idiots".

New Yorker on Soleimani - The New Yorker accidentally did Journalism and reported on who Soleimani was, and why he was an important military target. Of course that was back in 2013, long before Trump did what Obama wouldn't, and took him off the board. And I'm sure they regret penning it, as now the leftist narrative is that Soleimani was a saint, and Trump was evil for killing a killer and terrorist thought leader. How do I know? Because if they were proud of the story, they would have revisited it and bragged about it. Instead they are silent and slinking in the shadows.

Michael Moore on Soleimani - Just to demonstrate what a complete idiot he is, Michael Moore tweeted how he, "just sent the Ayatollah of Iran a personal appeal asking him not to respond to our assassination of his top General with violence of any kind, but rather let me & millions of Americans fix this peacefully." As others pointed out, "I would gladly help the peace process and donate for Michael Moore's plane ticket to Iran" to make the appeal in person. Or, "I presume this is a Logan Act violation, based on the Left's own standards".

Iran Timeline - The loose timeline of events: Trump pulls out of embarrassingly bad and unratified Iran Nuclear deal and created 12 demands or Obama sanctions will go back into effect (airplanes, caviar, gold, carpets, cars and pistachios). Iran ignores. Then more sanctions on 11/05 (Oil and Banking). Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) is listed as a foreign "terrorist" organization (with Steele and Mining sanctions). Iran increases their Uranium enrichment (in defiance of agreements), Iran Sabotages UAE Oil Tankers, launches a drone attacks on Saudi Arabia's oil pipeline, and a rocket attack near the embassy, Iran attacks Japanese and Norwegian tankers in the Gulf of Oman. Iran shoots down U.S. drone in International waters. Trump calls off a military counter attack at the last minute, because it wouldn't have been proportionate (as it would have killed ≈150 people). Iran executes a defense ministry contractor it claims was a CIA spy, and threatened the U.S. again. Iran seizes British oil tanker (Stena Impero). U.S. imposes sanctions on Iran's space agencies (aka ballistic missile research), Khamenei's inner circle and shipping firms helping Iran. Iran starts up centrifuges at Natanz and Fordow, and does a drone attack on Saudi's oil facilities (knocking out more than half of crude output from the world's top exporter). Iran murders 631+ protestors having riots over a 300% increase in oil prices. Iran proxies do another rocket attack in Iraq (killing a US contractor and wounded several US service members and Iraqi personnel). Then Iran proxies storm US embassy trying to make a Carter like Hostage Crisis, but are repelled. So after all that Trump has Qassem Soleimani, the head of Iran's elite Quds Force and terrorist in chief killed as a valid military target. The Democrats and their media take Iran's side over American interests in all of this and claim Trump is rushing us into war by trying all other alternatives and waiting a few years before finally attacking back. I'd ask whose side are they on, but we all know. Right?

Democrats and their Media hate the Soleimani Killing - Bloomberg, Biden, Warren, Sanders, Murphy, Omar, Pelosi, Maloney, Schatz, Udall, Blumenthal, Ben Rhodes, Ezra Klein, Rose McGowan, John Cusack, WaPo, all take Iran's side on this, against U.S. interests, tweeting their concerns over the unilateral action, lack of congressional oversight, or the killing of a Terrorist who was responsible for thousands of American deaths. And they wonder why the informed think the Democrats are the Anti-American party?

CNN on Soleimani Killing - CNN tried to spin it as a bad thing that Trump ate ice cream as news of airstrike on Iranian General broke. Jason Howerton responded, "I know you think you’re dunking on @realDonaldTrump, but this makes him look like a fucking boss. The dude incinerated a terrorist and then was like 'good, now get me some ice cream' That’s some America shit right there." CNN keeps referring to it as a murder or assassination: something that never concerned them in hundreds of less effective and less justified attacks done by Obama.

Atlantic on Seleimani - Just to demonstrate what a complete anti-American rag that the Atlantic is, here they are trolling to find some far-left anti-American far left law professor talking head to ignore the thousands of people Obama drone bombed, and complain that Trump killed one, with far more justification -- and thus he was wrong not to get congressional approval first. At least if the speculation bad the far left NYT was true, and since they'd made hundreds of mistakes about Trump, that's not likely.
