Kellog's Special K Crustless Quiche

Costco had a sale on these things, and I like a Quiche. While I love the crust, a crustless one was only 170 calories: so a pretty guilt free breakfast. I gave it a try. Wow. I had a little Tapatío for heat / added flavor -- that's the best f'in 2 minute egg I've ever had. Fast, easy, and fairly healthy. That and my new Keurig coffee maker (after swimming my laps in the fastest time ever), makes for a great start to the day.
