The Big Wind! For blowing out Oil-well fires.

I love the military mind. Someone thought, lets put two Russian military jet engines (MIG-21) on the body of a battle tank (T-34 tank) in order to blow out oil-well fires. And we can call it, "The Big Wind"! Like blowing out birthday candles, only with a lot more wind and spit (220 gallons of water per second). My wife calls me the Big Wind too... but for a different reason.
