In order to show how serious this Russia Hacking thing is, CNN used screenshots from Fallout 4, as a graphic, because nothing says quality news like made up photos from a game, to show the seriousness of the issue! Not good optics.
Is shoddy quality control FakeNews by itself? I'm not 100% sure, but it's sure one of the main ingredients.
