This place is fun and famous. There's often long lines. I've had a lot of dim sum over the years (Grandma and I used to go on Sunday's growing up: to L.A. China-Town). I've tried just about everything at least once: chicken feet, tripe, etc. People are ingenious at making food taste good.

Din Tai Fung's famous dumplings are pork, with a soup inside. They're fun, and tasty. We went with friends that knew what to order and how. And they had a bunch of other dumplings and sides we tried, this little cucumber salad was wonderful. My favorite Dim Sum has always been siu bao surprisingly, that was the least inspired/good thing I had here. But everything else was great. I would definitely eat here again.
