Infamously stupid quote, "Come on. This is crazy, you can't use this for hunting… some of these bullets have an incendiary device on the tip of it… which is a heat seeking device. So you don’t shoot deer with a bullet that size. If you do, you could cook it at the same time".
- incendiary tips are likely "tracer rounds" - people don't use them because of the fire hazard
- they aren't heat seeking, they cast light so you can see them travel
- they could be used for hunting (it's no more/less lethal)
- they might cauterize the hole they make, but they're not "cooking" the animal
